Reedición del segundo disco de My Chemical Romance, el primero con Warner Records. El álbum original se publicó en el 2004 y contiene hits como "I'm Not Okay (I Promise), "Helena", "The Ghost of You" o "You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison.” Esta nueva edición contiene una nueva portada y añade cuatro temas extra grabados en directo para la BBC en 2005. Además el audio ha sido mezclado nuevamente por  Rich Costey.
